This is a space age Alf Svensson designed "Contourette Roto" lounge chair manufactured by Dux of Sweden circa 1960s. It features a polished aluminum base and arm supports. The original taupe plush faux fur upholstery is in very good vintage condition, with no rips, tears, or stains, and the cushion filling remains soft. The headrest is attached by leather straps of which could be further reinforced. It is marked "Made in Sweden" on the center bottom of the base.
