This stunning rosewood wall unit, attributed to and designed by Juul Christiansen as part of the "Pega" wall system for Arthur Soltvedt Møbelfabrik of Norway, features two full and one half rosewood wall veneer panels. The line was designed in 1952 and exported throughout the 1950s and 1960s. In addition to the wall panels, this one-owner/original owner wall unit includes two cabinets: a combination three-drawer cabinet and file cabinet, as well as a glass-front display cabinet. The shelves included are a lighted shelf (12 3/4" D x 31 1/4" W), and large shelf (12 3/4" D x 31 1/4" W), 4 small full-length shelves (8 1/2" D x 31 1/4" W) and 3 small, short shelves (15 1/4"W x 8 1/2 "D). Of note: the original owner powered the lighted shelf with an extension cord, so lighting in the photos is simulated for aesthetics; however, the original lighting is operational.
Measurements: Individual full panels: 88" H x 31 1/2" W, and half panel is 88" H x 15 1/2" W. The face of each divider/support piece (when installed in place with panels) measures 1/2"W x 88 1/2" H, and total installed width with 2.5 panels installed is 82".
