This stunning biomorphic Murano Glass table lamp was imported in the 1960s by Alpine Importers of California (LA/Torrence). It was most likely created in Italy in the Seguso Sommerso style of Flavio Poli. It features the vibrant period colors of orange “submersed” in green glass in a biomorphic shape, and gold accents on the base and stem. The total height of the lamp is 46", including the custom oval shade. No chips or scratches to glass, some interior haze which may be dust or may be as original. The lamp is working and is in excellent overall condition, but we recommend replacing all wiring and sockets in vintage lighting we sell. It is unmarked, but an import company label is affixed to the socket. Please see all images for complete condition information.
